About Us

Behind Matchary® Organic Matcha are us: Patricia aka "Sissi" & Manuel. We've been running Café Südgold in Cologne's Südstadt district since 2014. Here we've gained a lot of experience working with matcha – and many of our customers have helped us optimize our product (thank you!). Come visit us sometime!

Premium Matcha in nur 2 Steps

1. Pumpen statt Aufschlagen.
Matchary ist sofort einsatzbereit. Einfach 2 Pumps im Verhältnis 1:10 mischen – ganz ohne Matcha-Besen oder Abwiegen.

2. Milch aufgießen & genießen.
Für Hot Matcha heiße Milch direkt auf den Matcha-Shot geben. Für Iced Matcha das Konzentrat über kalte Milch und Eiswürfel gießen.

Extra-Tipp für intensives Matcha-Grün:
Matchary mit einem kleinen Schuss Wasser vormischen. So lässt sich die Farbe besonders schön entfalten und der Drink individuell verlängern.

Our Matchary ® PURE offers you the full and traditional taste of ceremonial matcha powder.

With Matchary PURE, we do not use sugar, sweeteners, or any kind of flavor enhancers. Thanks to the matcha powder, the authentic, characteristic mouthfeel is preserved. Ideal for cold or hot matcha drinks, desserts, or sauces.

durability

The bottles have a shelf life of 1.5 years unopened and unrefrigerated. Store in a cool (after use) and dark place and consume within 4-6 weeks.

preparation

For preparing matcha tea or matcha latte, we recommend a mixing ratio of 1:10. Simply mix water/milk and Matcha PURE in a 1:10 ratio. Stir. Done.
