Behind Matchary® Organic Matcha are us: Patricia aka "Sissi" & Manuel. We've been running Café Südgold in Cologne's Südstadt district since 2014. Matchary ist sofort einsatzbereit. Einfach 2 Pumps im Verhältnis 1:10 mischen – ganz ohne Matcha-Besen oder Abwiegen.

2. Milch aufgießen & genießen.
Für Hot Matcha heiße Milch direkt auf den Matcha-Shot geben. Für Iced Matcha das Konzentrat über kalte Milch und Eiswürfel gießen.

Extra-Tipp für intensives Matcha-Grün:
Matchary mit einem kleinen Schuss Wasser vormischen. So lässt sich die Farbe besonders schön entfalten und der Drink individuell verlängern.
