Question and answer
Does Matchary need to be refrigerated?
- The bottles can be stored for 1 year unopened and without refrigeration .
- The opened bottle should be stored away from light and heat sources, and therefore does not need to be refrigerated during use. Once opened, the bottle will keep for 4 weeks; simply refrigerate the bottle and pump in the evening after use.
How do I dose Matchary?
- Recommended mixing ratio 1:10
2 pumps for 200 ml of non-frothed milk/milk alternative. - For more intensity
Dilute 20 ml of Matchary with a splash of water.
What makes Matchary so special?
Our varieties are made with ceremonial matcha powder. The typical mouthfeel of matcha is therefore preserved.
One serving of Matchary (20 ml) contains almost 3g of Matcha powder.
The biggest advantage is the simple preparation: While you have to painstakingly sift matcha powder and whisk it with a bamboo whisk, Matchary is already “READY TO MIX”.
With us, it's simple: add Matchary, stir, and you're done. Whether hot or cold. All without annoying lumps and absolutely no extra equipment required.
