Muss Matchary gekühlt werden ?
- Die Flaschen sind ungeöffnet und ungekühlt 1 Jahr haltbar.
- Die geöffnete Flasche sollte lichtgeschützt stehen, nicht neben einer Wärmequelle und muss somit während des Betriebs nicht gekühlt werden. Geöffnet hält die Flasche 4 Wochen, hierzu einfach Flasche samt Pumpe am Abend nach dem Betrieb in die Kühlung packen.
Wie dosiere ich Matchary?
- Ein Liter Matchary = 50 Portionen, bei der empfohlenen Dosierung von 2 Pumps (20ml).
- Empfohlenes Mischverhältnis 1:10
2 Pumps für 200ml nicht aufgeschäumte Milch/Milchalternative.
Was macht Matchary so besonders?
Unsere Sorten werden mit Ceremonial-Matcha-Pulver hergestellt. Das typische Mundgefühl des Matchas bleibt also erhalten.
In einer Portion Matchary (20 ml) stecken knapp 3g Matcha Pulver.
Der größte Vorteil ist die einfache Zubereitung: Während Du Matcha-Pulver aufwändig sieben und mit dem Bambusbesen aufschlagen musst, ist Matchary bereits „READY TO MIX“.
Bei uns heißt es einfach: Matchary rein, rühren fertig. Egal ob heiß oder kalt. Das Ganze ohne lästige Klumpen und ganz ohne Zubehör.
